Policy
A deposit of $50 of the service amount is REQUIRED when booking an appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the service total upon completion of the service.
For all appointments, we require a 3 business day cancellation notice. If you fail to give us notice before 3 days window, no refund will be made.

If you are late, your appointment will not be extended in order to not interrupt the next client’s appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule.
You will NEED to inform us about any medical condition or allergies that you have prior to booking. Please refer to the Before and After care to read more.
Please do not bring children, pets, or any other guests to the appointment.

What is Eyelash Extensions?
Eyelash extensions are a cosmetic makeup application used to enhance the length, curl, fullness, and thickness of natural eyelashes. Depending on your personal reference, we can do a dramatic look or just a natural everyday look.
How long do eyelash extensions last?
Extensions last as long as the natural growth cycle, which is about six weeks. For the best results, Lexi advises her clients to use lash conditioner (yes, there is such a thing!) and to gently comb through their lashes with a dry spoolie brush after the application.
Do eyelash extensions ruin your natural lashes?
Ultimately, eyelash extensions don't damage natural lashes when they are applied correctly. They simply extend your own natural lashes.
Can you put mascara on lash extensions?
You can wear mascara with eyelash extensions. Wearing mascara with volume lashes is not advised. Both should be avoided. In addition, you should avoid waterproof mascara because it's hard to remove. Instead, use a water-based product.
